    6. FINAL PROVISIONS

    Article 19
    The Statute can be changed only at the proposal of three National Societies (Branches). The suggested changes shall be sent to the National Societies (Branches) by the General Secretariat at least two months prior to the General Council, to be debated and approved.

    Article 20
    General Regulations or partial Regulations shall detail the present Statute. Any Regulations shall have to be approved by the General Council.

    Article 21
    The official languages of the scientific meetings shall be French and English; other languages may be used if the organizing committee provides simultaneous translation. The official language for correspondence shall be

    Article 22
    All the National Societies (Branches) shall endeavor in their own countries to fulfill the decisions and, in general, the aims of The Balkan Society for Hematology.

    Article 23
    The Balkan Society for Hematology shall cooperate with WHO, CIOMS, UNESCO and all the other international or national organizations whose activity serves the attainment of the aims of The Balkan Society for Hematology.
    Permanent cooperation agreements may be concluded, whose Protocol shall be ratified by the General Council.

    Article 24
    In cases of breach of the Code of Deontology, the General Council shall examine the activity of every case according to the Statute of The Balkan Society for Hematology and the Regulations of the National Societies (Branches).
